My live titles kept needing the same three things from a back office — deep progression analytics, a config pipeline that pushes balance and content live without a game rebuild, and a review workflow for user-generated content like ability cards. So I built Rosuite: one operator console that covers all three, running across every title I ship. Cloudflare Workers + D1 at the edge.

Ropilot Analytics
Proprietary market-intelligence engine for the Roblox ecosystem
No operator-grade intelligence layer existed for the Roblox ecosystem, so I built one. An hourly ingestion pipeline on Cloudflare Workers takes a full snapshot at the top of each hour plus three live CCU deltas, serialized across the fleet with a Postgres advisory lock so concurrent invocations skip cleanly. A three-vector crawler — Explore charts, omni-search, and the recommendation graph — sweeps 38K+ universes, with a persistent discovery catalog carrying the long tail forward between runs, adaptive concurrency that backs off under Roblox rate-limiting, and a durable retry queue that resumes failed pages on later syncs. Data lands through Hyperdrive into a versioned, time-series-first Postgres warehouse: append-only metadata history with change-only versioning, plus a high-frequency metric cube sampling rank, CCU, visits, favourites, upvote ratios, server occupancy, ping, and FPS per snapshot. analytics.ropilot.ai is the operator-facing surface.

Reproducing another team's UI by hand is where most Roblox studios lose weeks. Pinevex removes that step: a reconstructor I trained from scratch on rented H100 GPUs that takes a screenshot and returns structured Roblox UI elements, paired with a custom UI engine that turns the output into something shippable.

48-hour competition hosted by CityU Hong Kong. Year 10, on a 3-person team with Year 11 and Year 13 teammates; placed 2nd across Secondary Schools, ahead of several local university entries. Favourite puzzle: "Shanghai Teahouse" — a MIDI file decoded with strings, hex editing, and Morse to recover the flag.
